Infrastructure is world class, just like any other well known private hospital and doctors are really well educated and experienced. But facilities are far from good. Basic medicines are not available in the pharmacy had to go outside, the OT of radiology department had a broken Biplane DSA machine, which cost my patient's life.

I want to share my recent experience at AIIMS Guwahati, where my sister is currently admitted for treatment. While the hospital facilities and doctors are good and supportive, we are facing a serious issue that needs urgent attention.Some individuals within the hospital premises — who appear to be under the influence of drugs — are causing disturbance and discomfort to patients, including my sister. This is highly unsafe and unacceptable, especially in a place meant for healing and care.I sincerely request the hospital administration to increase security measures and ensure that such people are not allowed near the patient wards. Patients deserve peace, safety, and a clean environment to recover.I hope this review is taken seriously, and immediate action is taken to protect the well-being of all patients.
