Family income ceiling for OBC and Minority students is Rs. 2.00 Lakh per annum (no income limit for SC/ST students). Applicants from minority communities must be residents of Delhi for the past three years. Students receiving stipends from institutions/government are also eligible. Requires a Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GNCTD, or a Domicile Certificate of Delhi (for SC if caste certificate not from GNCTD). A declaration by the parent/guardian for minority students and an affidavit for a gap up to 3 years are also required.
