I had a very good experience at BMHRC Hospital. The hospital is well-maintained, clean, and has a peaceful environment. The medical staff and doctors are highly professional, polite, and attentive towards patients. The treatment process was smooth, and all the facilities like OPD, pathology, and pharmacy are well-organized. The hospital also offers specialized care and modern medical equipment. My experience at the Psychiatry department exceeded my expectations for a government institution. Dr. Jyotsna Jain was exceptional in diagnosing my mother's illness. She listened attentively, showed compassion, and was empathetic towards her patients. Her expertise instilled confidence, helping us cope with stress, and the medications she prescribed significantly aided in my mother's treatment. The management was also highly organized, and the fees were minimal. Additionally, ample parking space made the whole experience hassle-free. I would certainly recommend BMHRC's Psychiatry and Mental Health services.
