First get letter forwarding from your concerned college, a form is available on bput site, take printout of it then pay ₹100 using sbi collect & have your regd card. You should go to BPUT office by 10:00AM but not on Sat-Sunday. They will provide your migration certificate on same Day by 2:30PM. From Station auto will take approx ₹100- 150.
