Attended BA for some times, Faculty goes from pretty good and dedicated to those just here for cash to those who don't have much knowledge about their own subject, In my experience, lecturers of English litrature were pretty good for a PG college, like lecturers wanna help the students not just complete the syllabus, and yes there's one exception 🫤, (feedback: dont pressure in attending the classes super regularly, as a lot of students are working or preparing for something, plz be considerate) Political science has some good dedicated professors aswell, i remember they were even conversing with students on some subject related topics, which should be considered necessary in education, Don't take economics, go away there's only one teacher. for students who's thinking of joining the institution please Connect with other students, and ask about each department, or else you'll have to study everything yourself. Needs a lot of improvement, library is pretty small even for a local college's standard and very true for some karamchari and teachers are very arrogant, corrupt and rude.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR B.ED DEGREE.. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT OTHER COURSES BUT IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT DOING B.ED FROM THIS COLLEGE THEN I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO DO IT FROM ANOTHER COLLEGE. I JUST DID B.ED HERE AND TRUST ME IT IS THE WORST COLLEGE IN CHHATTISGARH FOR B.ED. THEY TAKE 40,000/- FEES AND THE FEES PERMITTED FROM GOVERNMENT IS 33,000/- AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU BILL OF JUST 33,000/- AND THEY WON'T EVEN ALLOW YOU TO PAY THROUGH ONLINE MODE AS IN THIS CASE THEY WILL GET CAUGHT. AND IN ANY OTHER COLLEGES OF CHHATTISGARH THE FEES IS NOT MORE THAN 33,000/- SO YOU WILL SAVE 7,000/-. LEAVE ABOUT FEES THERE IS NO BENCHES IN COLLEGE (THE BASIC NECESSITIES OF STUDENTS). STUDENTS STUDY IN CHAIR ONLY CHAIR THAT TOO OF LOW QUALITY PLASTIC WITH NO DESK AND NO BLACKBOARD. THERE IS NO CLASSES THEY TEACH IN HALL AND SOMETIMES THAT SINGLE HALL IS USED BY B.ED 1ST YEAR STUDENTS AND SOMETIMES BY 2ND YEAR STUDENTS. THE BUILDING USED FOR B.ED WAS SPORTS COMPLEX EARLIER, FOR EXTRA MONEY THEYCHANGED THAT BUILDING TO B.ED BUILDING. AND AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION THEY WILL SAY THAT TEACHING IS DONE IN BOTH MEDIUM ENGLISH AND HINDI. BUT THE FACULTIES ARE OF HINDI MEDIUM AND THEY WON'T EVER TEACH YOU IN ENGLISH YOU WILL ALWAYS REGRET CHOOSING THIS COLLEGE IF YOU ARE A ENGLISH MEDIUM STUDENT. STUDENT ARE FORCED TO GIVE 75% OF ATTENDANCE EVEN WHEN TEACHING IS NOT DONE IN THE COLLEGE.THERE IS NO SUCH DISCIPLINE AND NO TIME TABLE IS BEING FOLLOWED HERE.ANY TEACHER COME AT ANY TIME AND TEACH WHATEVER COMES AND THEIR MIND REGARDLESS OF THE SYLLABUS. FACULTIES ARE NOT TRAINED TO TEACH THE STUDENTS, THEY JUST COME DO GOSSIPS AND GO HOME. THEY FORCE YOU TO COME TO COLLEGE REGULARLY FROM 11 TO 4:30 (AND SOME DAYS EXTEND IT TILL 6PM JUST TO GIVE TAUNTS)AND TEACHING IS NOT DONE HERE. EVERY MOMENT YOU WILL THINK YOU ARE WASTING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME OF LIFE HERE. IF YOU MAKE GOOD FRIENDS HERE THEN ONLY YOU CAN SURVIVE IN THIS COLLEGE BUT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE GOOD FRIENDS EVERY MOMENT WILL SUCK YOU. THEY WILL FORCE YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY WILL FORCE YOU FOR GIVING MONEY FOR TRIPS THAT ARE NOT MANDATORY.THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THE THINGS LIKE DANCE SINGING ETC. THEY WILL FORCE YOU TOO COME ON THE DAY THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY LIKE REPUBLIC DAY INDEPENDENCE DAY AND EVEN ON SOME SUNDAYS. SO HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR B.ED.
