I recently visited this hospital, and while I was very satisfied with the quality of medical care provided, the overall experience was disappointing due to extremely poor crowd management. The doctors are undoubtedly well-trained, knowledgeable, and professional. They take time to properly assess each patient and explain everything clearly, which is reassuring. However, the hospital premises are constantly overcrowded, and the waiting time is excessively long even with a prior appointment. There is no proper system to organize patient flow, and the reception staff often appear confused and overwhelmed. First-time visitors especially struggle to find the right departments or counters. The lack of clear signage and coordination adds to the frustration. It’s unfortunate that such a good team of doctors is let down by poor administration. A hospital of this standard should invest in better queue systems, digital appointment tracking, and trained front desk staff to improve the overall experience for patients.
