Most of the 5-star reviews here seem to be from hospital staff and students, but as a patient and attendant, my experience was terrible. The doctors are highly unprofessional and lack basic manners. However, I did notice that some nurses are dedicated and serious about their work. The worst experience was at the blood bank, Room No. 3, where a staff member displayed rude behavior and lacked basic knowledge about Assam. It’s shocking how the Government of Assam employs such individuals. I urge the Health Minister and Chief Minister to look into this matter seriously. And to the doctors and hospital staff—please remember that your salaries come from taxpayers, including patients. Treat your responsibilities with the seriousness they deserve because the public is paying for the services you provide. I hope the authorities take strict action to improve the hospital's standards.
