Government Homoeopathic Medical College Kozhikode (GHMC Kozhikode) was the first Graduate Homoeopathic medical college in Asia. The college is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences since 2010. It was affiliated with the University of Calicut till 2010 The college was founded in 1976. It was first situated in Karaparamba, Kozhikode, acquiring a mansion that belonged to the manager of the Pearce Leslie Cashew Factory during the British Raj. The present college building was later constructed in the same area. The original mansion, which was used for many years, was demolished in 2002.

Neat and clean place. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. the doctors and all the other employees Are nice. walking distance to transit And a Decent Parking Place. Overall it's doesn't feel like a normal govt hospital but It's a govt hospital and provides medical care free of charge

Government Homeopathic Medical College, Calicut, Kerala is one of the oldest institutes and it aims to convey excellent education and to produce highly efficient doctors and to serve the nation as well. Here they instruct the medical students to treat the patients in a very friendly manner and take care of them accordingly. Its vision is to provide all the required facilities to the students, with practical knowledge so that they can be at par with skilled homeopathic doctors of both India and abroad. Being governed by Govt., it serves the poor patients by providing medicines and checkup services free of cost, and also broadens the advantage for cost effectiveness of treatment for all its spheres.
