This is one of the oldest, and largest government college in the city as well as in Bilaspur district. Earlier known as SBR College, this college provide a wide range of curriculum to its students. Apart from all its potential, this college still struggling to create an impact within students and surely not the preferred college in case of comparison with other colleges i.e. CMD College etc. Still, this is one comes with the most affordable fee structure. For more than two decades, this college has a significant roles in youth politics of city.
