Haldia Institute of Health Sciences was established in the year, 2003 by the Indian Centre for Advancement of Research and Education (ICARE); Haldia, keeping in mind the growing demand of the health care professionals and trained personnel in the ever increasing health care and health service sector. Right to health, as we all know, is one of the fundamental rights endowed by the Constitution of India. To provide quality healthcare service, there are various statutory bodies regulating education and training in various fields of health care services. Haldia Institute of Health Sciences always abides by this as we are committed to maintain highest standard of quality in health care education that we provide.
