KGMU is a state government medical college, hospital, and medical university located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the renowned medical institutes in Northern India. It was established in 1905 and is one of the oldest medical college in UP and India. It is among the ‘best’ medical college in U.P. and ranks 11th in India as per the NIRF Ranking 2022. It consists of two faculties, namely, Faculty of Medical Sciences and Faculty of Dental Sciences.
