I completed my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Kisan Post Graduate College, Raksa, Ratsar-Ballia, and overall, it was a valuable and enriching experience. The college has a peaceful rural campus that provides a good learning environment, away from the distractions of city life. The faculty members are knowledgeable, cooperative, and supportive—especially in guiding us through practical training, lesson planning, and real classroom experiences. They not only focused on the academic curriculum but also emphasized values, discipline, and teaching ethics. The infrastructure is decent, with classrooms, a library, and basic teaching aids. While there is room for improvement in terms of digital and technological resources, the teaching staff ensured that we had access to the necessary tools and support. Workshops, micro-teaching sessions, and school-based practice teaching helped in building confidence and real-world experience. The college provides bus facilities for girl students, which is a thoughtful initiative for safety and convenience. However, boys have to manage their own transportation, which could be improved by extending similar support to all students. Apart from B.Ed, the college offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including: B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) B.Sc.
