I had an extremely negative experience at the health center. Despite going in for a routine consultation, I was made to wait for half a day without any crowd management. When I inquired about the scans, I was told there were no available slots for over a month, and when I asked for further assistance, the staff responded rudely and directed me to the emergency center. While the health center was intended to provide affordable care for those in need, my experience suggests that it falls short of fulfilling this objective.
