Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Technology for Women (LBSITW) in Thiruvananthapuram is the first engineering college for women in Kerala, India. It was opened on October 30, 2001, and is managed by the LBS Centre for Science and Technology. It's approved by AICTE and affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala.
