Very bad hospital. The doctors, nurses, and guards here have no manners when talking to people. They waste the entire day of the patients. There is no cleanliness, not even a place to sit. It was the worst experience. Doctors arrive 4 hours late. The guard and doctor both speak rudely. The bathroom door is always kept closed. There's neither a medical shop nor parking outside the hospital. What kind of service is this? The guard says only the patient is allowed inside, no one else can enter. What kind of hospital is this where even the patient’s companion can’t come in? If the patient can’t come on their own, then obviously someone else will have to come. The doctor calls the patient every week, just prescribes medicine and does nothing else. Even when the medicine is prescribed for 7 days, the hospital only provides enough for 3 days. Who gave them the right to shout at the public like this? Just because they have a government job doesn’t mean doctors and guards can yell at people. There are fans here, but they don’t work. No AC, no cooler, and the fans are broken too.

This is a very poor hospital — they only waste your time. I'm saying this because my mother has been going to this hospital for the past year. A year ago, my mother was advised to get a dental filling, but they gave her an appointment three months later. By the time she went back after three months, the tooth had completely deteriorated, and the doctor told her it needed to be extracted. After that, they unnecessarily forced my mother into a gum surgery that wasn’t really required ( Doctor name Charu )— what was more important was getting the cavity filled. Then last week, I went for a dental filling myself, and they gave me an appointment for June 28. I told them that by then the tooth would be completely damaged, but they still did whatever they wanted and didn’t listen. The reception staff and security guards are extremely rude and talk as if we’re animals. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this hospital. Based on what I’ve seen over the past year, I believe they delay treatment on purpose so that the tooth gets worse and needs to be extracted — and then they can charge money for implants or dentures. Now, for the tooth they extracted from my mother, they’ve given an 8-month waiting period just to get a replacement, and are charging ₹5,000 for it. No one should waste their time at this hospital. I believe the hospital’s management has created this culture — maybe the doctors practicing there are not to blame, and it’s the higher management that has instructed them to do so. Please don’t go to this hospital just because it's free.
