NIMS University has a very large and beautiful campus with good facilities like hostels, library, labs and even its own hospital. The environment is safe and peaceful, and there are students from many different courses, which makes the atmosphere diverse. Teachers are generally helpful and supportive. Like every place, there are a few things that can improve — for example, the administration work sometimes feels slow and the campus is a bit far from the main city. The faculty and the management showing friendly nature with students. Hostel and mess food is very nice especially our south indian meals was super. In campus there is a multi-speciality hospital and innovation lab that lab was awesome student gain more knowledge from the lab and student get practical experience also. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the current state of administration and overall functioning of the BCA department. One of the most pressing issues is the complete lack of a dedicated administrative point of contact for students. Whenever we attempt to reach out for support or clarity on academic matters, we are redirected to either the accounts department or the management—neither of whom are equipped to address our academic concerns. This lack of accountability creates confusion and leaves students feeling unsupported throughout the academic year. It is extremely disheartening to observe that the primary focus seems to be on collecting fees, with minimal regard for student services or academic guidance. Once the fees are paid, there is a noticeable decline in communication and support. The department becomes largely unresponsive, only reappearing when the next installment of fees is due. Furthermore, despite charging high fees under the promise of quality facilities and academic excellence, the actual services provided are far below acceptable standards: Courses are not completed on time. Exam results are delayed without proper updates or explanations. There is no clear academic roadmap or communication from the department. This experience has been not only disappointing but also extremely frustrating. It feels as though students are being treated as a source of revenue rather than as learners deserving of proper education and support.
