Very good public government health services. Very affordable almost free health services. Very intelligent and experienced doctors who go out of way to help the patients specially old people from remote villages. It is heartening to see senior doctors help people of underprivileged society of people who can't afford costly private treatments. Very genuine advice is given by doctors.
