As an OPD patient my experience at PIMS is worth mentioning! I met a 'doctor and gentleman' in the Medicine department, who had knowledge in his subject, up to date with the current day scenario with viral infection and above all politeness personified when asked questions about my illness. Such doctors lessen your disease without drugs! On the grey side it seems the registration guys need a little more training in dealing with the general public. Also the lab reports take a long time so that patients have to be in the hospital premises for hours to get a clear picture of their disease. Overall a satisfying Hospital. And the campus is on par with western standards.
