Rajasthan Technical University has more than 150 colleges under its flag and is AICTE accredited university whose main campus is UD, RTU kota. The universe campus is spread across around 365 acres of land (of which most is barren) and it is at the bank of Chambal river and forest area is also nearby because of which many snakes and bears are often sighted in the campus along with other animals. The university also has collaboration with teqip 3 which provides funds for various activities and has helped it in increasing the quality of education however this transition is very slow.

From railway station or Nayapura bus stand, take a radial root rickshaw to Aerodrum circle. Change the rickshaw here for RTU. Facilities- Outside university there are a few kiosks of Tea, breakfast & lunch.

Beautiful campus. Located on the outer side of the city... away from the coaching centre hub. Visited there to collect bhaiya's degree and enjoyed roaming around the campus. A couple of new things are also being built on campus while taking nice care of all the pre-existing ones... Xerox shops, stationeries, canteen, food and relaxing space are also available within the campus though it was a good walk from the centre of the campus I guess.
