This college has been a disappointment. I was on the verge of taking their college exam to pursue an LLM, but I encountered a technical issue that required their support. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, I was taken aback by their response. Instead of offering help, they responded insensitively, questioning why I was the only one facing a problem when everyone else was smoothly taking their exams. When I explained that I needed technical support due to my unrecognised webcam, their response was shockingly unprofessional, telling me to "go to hell." I am relieved that I did not enrol in this college. Their manner of handling inquiries is distressing and creates unnecessary obstacles to seeking help. As an applicant, my experience was disheartening, and I believe this college does not merit a single star.
