mcompleted my B.Voc in Medical Lab Technology from Singhania University in 2023, and till now (2025), I have not received my certificate. I have tried calling and emailing the university many times, but no one responds properly. The website is also not working properly, and there is no student grievance portal available. This delay has affected my career opportunities and further education plans. I’m extremely disappointed with the university's poor support and lack of communication. Requesting the management to please take this issue seriously and help students get their rightful opportunities
