My father was admitted to the ICU on 18.08.2025 with acute pulmonary edema. We rushed him to the hospital, and the doctor said that admission was definitely required. Since I had some financial issues, I spoke with Mr. Vignesh (Emergency & ICU Manager). He discussed with the hospital management, and they waived off all blood test charges, making them completely free of cost. All the Emergency and ICU staff nurses took excellent care of my father during that critical situation, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Later, my father was shifted to the special ward, where the ward charges were Rs. 1000/-, which I found reasonable. However, I was very disappointed with the rude behavior of one of the special ward nurses. She told me, “If you want discharge, please discharge now. Don’t talk unnecessarily.” This was very hurtful and created a very pathetic situation for me and my father. Apart from this issue, all other hospital services were satisfactory, except the housekeeping service and the attitude of that particular nurse. I kindly request the hospital to pay more attention to patient care and staff behavior in the wards. We were discharged on 23.08.2025. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Vignesh (Emergency & ICU Manager). Even after going home, he continued to support me patiently and explained everything clearly. Because of his guidance and care, I will definitely recommend this hospital to my friends and family.

My mother was admitted to Balaji Hospital on 10.08.2025 with complaints of chest pain and palpitations. Since we had some financial constraints, I discussed the matter with Mr. Vignesh (Casualty & ICU Manager). He kindly spoke with the hospital management and advised admitting my mother under Stepdown ICU charges. The ER blood tests were also provided free of cost, and my mother was discharged on 15.08.2025. All the ICU nursing staff, doctors, and billing staff were very supportive throughout my mother’s recovery. We are truly grateful for their care and compassion. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my friends and family. Special thanks to the hospital management and to Manager Sir for their continuous support. 🙏
