Being in the first year, I’ve found the course content to be a good introduction to the hospitality industry. We’re learning the basics of hotel operations, customer service, and business fundamentals. The faculty is approachable and supportive, which makes it easier to adjust to the new academic environment. The teaching style includes both theory and some practical sessions. Infrastructure: The campus has good facilities for hospitality students. Our training kitchens and front office labs are well-maintained and equipped with the necessary tools. Classrooms are clean and spacious, and we also have access to digital learning resources. Some areas can be improved, like more seating in the library and upgraded hostel facilities. Campus Life: So far, the campus life has been engaging. There are cultural events, hospitality-themed activities, and group projects that help us interact and bond with our classmates. Seniors are helpful, and the college tries to involve first-years in different clubs and workshops. Overall Experience: As a first-year BBA H.A. student, I feel like I’ve made a good start. The environment is professional but welcoming. I'm excited to get deeper into the hospitality field in the coming semesters and look forward to internships and more hands-on experiences.
