The college is named after the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. Always having a fun time here. Infrastructure is great. Canteen food is hygienic, tastes well and pocket friendly. There are lots of societies which you can join namely the debating society, the drama society, etc. which will help you gain a lot of exposure and equip great confidence. You'll definitely meet some of the craziest people over here who will make your college life memorable forever. Teachers are amazing and extremely supportive. It's the nearest college to Vishwavidyalaya metro station. Also, if you want to, you can always try out new places and cafes nearby at Hudson lane, Kamla Nagar market or near Majnu ka tila (Now you know the benifits of an on-campus college). It is considered as one of the best colleges of Delhi University. Everything about this college is just amazing (except for the annual fest). Thankyou

SGTB Khalsa College is a DU affiliated college in North Campus, Delhi. It is a Sikh minority college which means it has 50% reservation for Sikh students and the rest 50% seats are for general quota (OBC, SC, ST, all come under this). The college is famous for it's enthusiasm and alumini like Saurabh Shukla. College campus is one of the largest in DU with a basketball court, 2 volleyball courts, a huge ground with cricket pitch and 4 flood lights, a lawn tennis court, a table tennis room, gymnasium, cafeteria, huge auditorium, a biological garden and 2 lawns. Classrooms are air conditioned which is a big relief in summers. In the centre of the college, there is a junction like area aka 'Jannat' which is a popular rendezvous. Teachers here are highly hardworking and the crowd is talented too. There are around 3000 students and 300+ teachers in the college. The annual fest of SGTBKC is 'Lashkara' which is a highly exciting function. Personalities like Guru Randhawa, Jass Manak, Karan Aujla show their presence in the fest organised in the month of Feb-March every year. In a nutshell, SGTBKC is a highly underestimated college within North Campus. I expect it to keep proving itself in Academics and Co-curricular activities.
