Tula’s institute is Good college and campus, full of greenery. Staff is good and very cooperative. An autonomous polytechnic college with a very big campus and several fields of Diploma in Engineering. The land area and everything else is beautiful but the staff is slightly lethargic. One needs to be self-motivated to study here.
