| Merit Scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Minority students studying in recognised Colleges/Professional/Technical Institutions | Students must have obtained 60% or more marks in the previous examination and be admitted to a recognized college/professional/technical institution. Family income ceiling for OBC and Minority students: ₹2.00 Lakh per annum (income proof required). No family income limit for SC/ST students. Students receiving stipends from institutions/government are eligible. Minority applicants must be residents of Delhi for the past three years (proof required). Requires Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GNCTD, or Domicile Certificate of Delhi if SC certificate is not from GNCTD. Declaration by parent/guardian in prescribed format for Minority community.
