Administrative offices, exam control rooms, seminar halls, and a reading room all line the main academic block making the campus feel well-organized . I got the sense that UOU’s campus functions as a practical learning hub, supporting distance learners with infrastructure and regional resources. Even though many students study remotely, when you visit Haldwani campus it still feels active and maintained . Overall it felt like a calm, functional campus with good basic infrastructure—just right for study sessions, small events, or quiet walks between classes.
