Lowest management fees among all the engineering colleges....they have best teachers... But the infrastructure is average not that great... The classrooms are small.. seminar hall is small can only accomodate 120 members max. There is no playground... Not much importance is given for sports.. Loads of assignments... Weekly evaluation lab test so that u can never be free... They won't let you find your passion and try to keep u busy by assigning lab internals, assignment, internals, CIE, lab records and observation, reports... Because of VTU.... if you really want to join a college to find your passion please don't join vemana... Join some good autonomous college so that you can work on your skill/passion and even studies, As autonomous college doesn't give much portions... Whereas VTU colleges treat you like school students... The last part.. forget about joining college and enjoying, 85% attendance is mandatory and if you fail to achieve or even get 84%... They aren't gonna let you write the internals... They have stupid rules I can't even describe them.. if you join here you will really feel like you have joined some elementary school.. Teachers are friendly depends on their mood.. or else strict as hell They will ask stupid money from you even after paying lacks of lacks of fees such as :- Educational trip fee Workshop fee Exam fee This xerox 200-300 pages report in bond paper All will be taken from your pocket.. so if you save some pocket money know that it's going to the college This is my experience...
