The college has almost all PG programs including MBA and MCA. A coeducational autonomous pre independent college affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University. Started on 11.08.1947. It has a wide greenary campus of 145 acres. Has all extra curricular activities include NSS, NCC, YRC, RRC, fine arts etc. Have a 400 mtr field, concrete basketball court, tennis courts, indoor stadium, volleyball, kabadi grounds. Have short range firing wall. Around 4000 students are studying in the college. College has more than 100 staff members with Ph. D degreeholders. Has separate hostel facility for both boys and girls.
