The GUJCET Final Merit List 2026 is expected to be released by ACPC today, June 17, 2026, along with mock round results. Candidates can check their merit status and submit consent for Round 1 admissions from June 17 to June 22. Round 1 seat allotment results will be out on June 25.

The GUJCET 2026 provisional merit list has been released on June 12, 2026, for 45,468 candidates. Check your ranks at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. The final merit list will be out on June 17, with choice filling from June 17-22 and Round 1 seat allotment on June 25.

Can non-Gujarat students take GUJCET?
Yes. Non-Gujarat students are eligible for 15% All India (unreserved) seats in all private/self-financed colleges. They cannot claim state quota or reservation benefits.
Why do non-Gujarati students take GUJCET?
To get affordable B.Tech/B.Pharm seats in top private colleges like Nirma, PDPU, DDU, CHARUSAT (fees ₹50,000–₹3 lakh/year) without JEE Main/NEET competition. Gujarat has excellent infrastructure and growing IT/pharma sectors in Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar.
Is GUJCET easier than JEE Main?
Yes, significantly. No negative marking, only 120 questions in 3 hours, syllabus strictly Gujarat Board HSC level. Toppers score 115–118/120 vs 250–300 in JEE Main.
What rank is needed for LD College CSE?
General category: Rank under 1,000 (110+ marks) is safe for CSE. Rank under 2,000 gets ECE/IT.
Is there negative marking in GUJCET?
No. +1 for correct, 0 for wrong/unattempted.
Which is better: LD College or Nirma University?
LD College (govt., fees ₹2,000/year, avg package 6–8 LPA) has better ROI. Nirma (fees ₹2.5 lakh/year, avg 10–12 LPA) has better placements and campus.
Can I get B.Pharm without Biology?
Yes. Physics + Chemistry + Maths students can also apply for B.Pharm.
Is 100 marks enough for good private college?
