What is KMAT?

KMAT (Karnataka Management Aptitude Test) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) for admission to MBA, PGDM, and MCA programs offered by over 189+ AICTE-approved and university-affiliated self-financing colleges/institutes in Karnataka.

KMAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Indian citizens only

  • For MBA/PGDM:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university

  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates from Karnataka)

  • Final-year students can apply (must complete degree before admission)

  • For MCA:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level

  • Minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates from Karnataka)

  • No age limit

  • Candidates from outside Karnataka are eligible but will be treated under Open Category (no reservation)

How to Download KMAT 2026 Admit Card?

  • For Remote Proctored (Home):
