This is a big university affiliated by UGC it is just 12 km from Gaya station, well connected by public transport.It has a big and beautiful premise with latest amenities.... building is properly planned and equally maintained,green and clean environment helps students to concentrate students.Hostel for students ia available in the same campus which is stretched in hundreds of acres of land.All the departments have diffrent blocks like admin,college,library,hostel etc.This Central Govt. university building is one of its kind in Bihar.

first of all its a honest review of this university.1. By infrastructure it is being developed not yet fully completed but overall the campus is huge and facilities are available.2. Faculties are what I saw is also more than average but they should concentrate on hiring from different parts of the india computer science faculties are only concentrated in Bihar and UP you can check their website too.3. Admission process should be more tough and rigorous as students who are taking admission is not even average I can bet that half of the student I encountered dont even understand what is CLC and don't even know to read english I have seen students That too of MSC CS struggling to read in english.I have one suggestion that don't spoil this university please otherwise it will be a ground of useless fellows filling up the seats.University administration should be serious about this No quality students atleast in MSc .4. There should be more seat in technical streams like Mtech and Msc and more preference should be given to branch specific candidates like if any btech qualifying student want to opt for mtech then preference should be given to him not BSC IT 3rd grade students from Magadh University who don't even attend classes and opt for MSC.5. More students are from Gaya then any part of India I encountered all the students from Gaya Local and I was the only one who was far from Gaya.6. Really quality of students taking admission is pathetic which in the long run will destroy the environment creating same lawlessness like Patna University creating political agendas in the campus.Overall campus is good environment is more or less workable.Speaking in english should be encouraged because in the outside world you have to deal with people speaking fluent english.i was inly there who was speaking english and I was feeling awkward among other magadh university students.Please tough the entrance exam and dont run towards taking students create an environment where only quality will be taken no compromise with the quality Bihar is already so much bad in the outside state with regard of its education.You can reach CUSB from gaya junction by taking auto which will cost you around 20 rs and ask the auto driver to take you to tekari New university he will understand.Dont expect that quality students will be there. I applied for CUSB thinking that It will contain quality students but disappointed.Dont spoil the university Please by taking useless magadh university students.I am posting some pictures you can see the students quality and how can they know from their body language.I worked in IT field for about 2 years and reached to complete my masters but after seeing this I am not gonna opt for any bihar university.

The University is under construction but will be great centre of learning in the coming years. Nicely planned with all amminities and departments. The central dome is as per Buddhists culture and beautiful. CCTVs are installed in all the campus and secure.

University for Post Graduatr course in Science subjects. I like the green campus and department faculties.

Hello there! I am a student of MSc Physics in CUSB, Gaya for the session 2018-20. The following are the highlights of the university:1. Large campus with plenty of space2. Calm and peaceful overall ambient atmosphere3. Supportive local people4. Wide variety of courses available for study.5. Discipline is well enforced.6. Quite ideal for a academic scholar.7. Great faculty members from all the departments present and helping out each and every student with everything possible.8. Awesome hostel infrastructure.9. Quite accessible from all corners of India as Gaya, Bihar happens to be an important town and notable too.

The administrative staff is extremely rude and even the peon acts like he is the VC of the college. They are always chatting useless stuff among themselves and keep students and alumini waiting for hours (at times they ask you to come next day). When you complain about it they make it sure that your work is not done on the same day. No compassion or sympathy whatsoever.We went with our less than a year kid and the administrative staff after making us wait for hours said that they are busy (they were just chattiung useless political stuff) and they will not give the degree today. My wife had called multiple times in advance before making this trip from another city and despite this they said that they will not be able to give the degree on that day.
