I am writing this with a very heavy heart and deep regret. This hospital does not treat patients with compassion or responsibility, and I want to share my experience so others don’t go through what I did.1. Forced Ventilator Decision Through Fear:The doctors pressured us to put our loved one on a ventilator early, claiming, “If we don’t do it now, he may not survive later.” They use fear to push families into agreeing without giving them a real choice or proper explanation. You won’t get another chance to hear your loved one speak again. Please, I urge you—speak to your loved one first. Ask what they want. Do not make a decision in panic or under pressure. The regret will haunt you forever.2. ICU Conditions Are Inhumane:The ICU had flies buzzing around, which is completely unacceptable in a critical care environment. This shows how poor the hygiene and cleanliness standards are. It felt more like a neglected ward than an intensive care unit.3. Untrained and Careless Staff:Some of the staff, especially the junior female nurses, are not properly trained. In one case, an injection was given on the skin instead of into the vein, causing painful swelling in the arms. This is not just unprofessional—it’s dangerous.⸻This is not just about poor service; it’s about playing with people’s lives and emotions.I lost my father…i hope you people can take bette decisions and save your loved ones …

Dr bawa consulted my father and the way he explained about the process helped my father to get relax. Dr bawa did laparoscopic surgery of my father. It's been 2 weeks of surgery my father is alright now. Thank you Dr bawa for doing surgery and making my father okay. Your surgical skills are very good.
