It's located in a scenic place and the climate is very comfortable in winter and monsoon. Here, PhD and M.Tech programs are awarded. One of the best campus of any higher education college . Anyone who is looking for doing thier Mtech degree and PhD , can study here but only after scoring valid gate score required for the admission and have good labs for all the work and many departments . And also you get an opportunity to study with officers from different fields

This is a great place.its around 20km from main city. It is situated near khadakwasla lake, so scenery is great and you can go to watch sunrise and sunset. People come here to pursue their M.Tech. it doesn't have B.Tech. it's a defense institute so there are some restrictive measures around it.

It might be a good Institute but the administration is very poor. I went for the admissions of M.Tech program with specialization in Robotics. For only 20 seats 75 students were called in General merit. The criteria for seat allocations was not made clear in the information brochure. At the start of the counseling session the officials said that the seat allocation is purely on the basis of merit but in the list, seats for Robotics were divided into 4 branches along with category reservation. It was not written anywhere how many seats are there for each specialization course and candidates had no idea about seat allocation criteria for Robotics. Also they did not make proper arrangements. No direction boards where the admissions are going on and where the final list will be displayed. Also they made us wait for 7 hours to display a list of 20 students. It was a really bad experience.
