I had great time spending 2 years of my life studying here at NIT Jalandhar. The campus has several grounds such as park playgrounds and the ICE department building, my department had facilities like classrooms and labs with central air conditioning.Truly speaking, this campus has the best climate during winters and spring providing a comfortable climate for study and sports.Hostels are required to improve their facilities like bathrooms and toilets.I hope the campus will have more options for students in the future to shop and eat as the campus is situated in the city outskirts and currently has very limited options for the purpose.Road connectivity to the city and Amritsar is very good.

NIT J formerly Regional Engineering College Jalandhar is very good college for engineering stream.It is made is very big area around 154 acre.There is also space incubation center launched by ISRO in 2019.Campus is very greenery.

Who I am to write a review about this place ? I am M.tech chemical engineering student.If you are concerned about the campus, then definitely it is good. Full of nature, having enough canteens, one book store, one general store and one printing shop. You will get enough options for canteens, now few days ago a big cafeteria has been inaugurated. campus also have gymnasium, student activity center, central seminar hall and other basic space.In case of study, new teachers has been hired last year. So study level is now better than before.Placement options are a lot for B.Tech students but for M.Tech students, computer science & IS student get more advantage here. they have enough options. But for other Masters branch its quit low in comparison to CS & IS. Never forget its always depend upon you not on the place. Place provide you environment but hard work is always depend upon you. It Takes fifteen minutes to reach the NIT University from Jalandhar if you are going on your own vehicle. The architecture of the university is amazing there's no noise in campus and one can go on a walk , keeping in mind the fitness of students there's also a gym inside the university. With a big library and lecture halls it becomes easy for the students to stay focused on their goal. For snacking purpose, snackers is there where one can enjoy soft drinks and other food of their choice. Students can take their books and other supplies in snackers and can comfortably do their work. There are trees all over the university and the quiet environment makes one feel at peace.

The campus is beautiful, I spent two days and nights there and the staff at the guest house was very helpful.I met Dr Aditya Prakash for my daughter's admission in PhD program.The girls hostel staff is very coordinating and helpful, they guarantee safe environment for the students.NIT J is definitely a great institution for the best minds.

Nice architecture of the building. The campus is small but it's very beautiful. Everything required is there in the campus

Its a institute of national importance.Getting a seat here is not a kids talk. You have to secure a good rank in JEE-MAINS.Every thing is good except the research here is not that good. Plus there is so much restrictions when talking about girls and boys. Its 2020 and yet they are still living in 90s. That old and narrow minded thinking.
