All these research such as earthworm and digital machine in agricultural department available here. This university established in 1906 in British India time. This big university. You can go with four wheeler and two wheeler. Parking are available here.

Nice place to visit. But as it is central university little more maintenance is required. Visiting in departments are not allowed for visitors but as observed from outside they are maintained very well. Roads and more sign board required.

A really huge campus for all those who seeking their career in Agriculture. It's a boon for the farmers nearby and for anyone who want to grow any crop from wheat to rice to cash crops. They provide training and all assistance so as to make farmers grow their crop with proper knowledge.

Page NeAn Educational Tour ReportIt was Wednesday 07/02 Feb 07, 2024 , An educational trip for a day was organised by PM SHRI KV1 AFS Darthanga Bihar to visit a world first agriculture university which in none other than Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University.The tour comprised the students of classes 7th & 9th accompanied by faculty members, Ms. Akshita, Mr. N. K. Singh , Mr. Anmol Mishra and Ankit Srivastava. All the students were directed to gather at school premise at 7:20 of clock early in the morning on very same day.Principal of the school instructed the rules to be followed and wished all the students best and safe journey. We started our journey and reached there by 11:00 am. All students with faculty members were taken to heritage site where the earthquake came long ago and then to sugarcane hybridization agriculture farm and explained well by one of their faculty members. Next we were taken to Mushroom farm where varieties of mushroom were planted. Next we were taken to vermi compost plant where students learnt how we could utilize waist decomposable items to make vermi compost which is a natural fertilizer for enhancing plant growth. it was a new., interesting and infirmative experience for all of us. we all had safe and enjoyable journey with lots of information.Teacher's Signature
