I'm extremely satisfied with the exceptional care and service I received at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and caring, providing top-notch treatment in a clean and well-maintained facility. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care, and I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff who made a significant difference in my mother's recovery.

Too late for all the things. For ICU patients also facing long ques. Too much need to improve from Kerala Government. No cleaning not hygienic all the areas filled with wastes, dusts. As a Government Medical College its a poor and low quality hospital

Treatment and doctors were excellent. Need to improve the facilities and tech. Medical college premises are full of wastes which includes food , plastic and other. Authorities should take action on this. They have to construct/ provide some places to bystanders /relatives coming with patients in medical college.

Kerala's top most medical college is situated in the capital city of Thiruvananthapuram. The majority of patients coming here are economically weaker than they can't afford private hospitals.Doctors, Nurses working here are the best in the state. They also have a prestigious salary.Mostly economically weaker and middle class people come here for treatment. The number of people from almost all the parts of Kerala is depending on the Thiruvananthapuram medical college, One reason is that here they have the most advanced doctors and technology. The major drawback is the hospital can't afford these much of people and patients and bystanders are sleeping floors with just bedsheets. The number of doctors, nurses and other staff are not appropriate to look after all these patients. The management and running system is absolutely irresponsible.Even now if you visited the compound is filled with wastes and surroundings are not clean.Full of bad odour. The bathrooms are ugly and they are not maintaining it properly.

The place is supposed to be one of the best healthcare service available in Kerala. L a lot of people that I know have gotten good service from here.BUT and this is a big BUT if you have an accident of any thoughts I would recommend you to go somewhere else so that you can get immediate treatment. From what I have heard and seen it takes forever for them to start the operations of accident morning my friends have to wait nearly 12 hours and I have hot of a lot more cases like that. But if you have a major accident of any thoughts and you go to the general hospital or any smaller government hospitals they are going to send you here. But I would highly recommend you to go to a private hospital if you have the finances or a health insurance that can cover. I am not saying it's a bad hospital or anything but there are quite a bit of things they can work on.

Medical College run by Government.Maintained well.Large area.Well experienced doctors. One of the largest hospital in Kerala.Specialized departments.Accessible to public transportation.Since the number of patients are large in number, there is delay for services.Very crowded.Transportation facility needs to be improved.A bit difficult for first time visiters.Good experience.

Parking is very difficult around here. Mondays are the busiest of the days. Direct public transport to this place is available from other places. You wont get treatment in this place unless you were suggested by another doctor or its an emergency. Once I had this experience🙂. For another regular day to day diseases, you should visit General hospital Trivandrum. And that too before noon. These places are too busy. I dont know about the treatment in here because I didn't had a chance to enter this place for treatment
