If you are visiting this college for the first time.. you'll be astonished for sure. No wonder it's ranked in the top two medical colleges in kerala. There's the hospital ,the buildings, new departments, lecture complex, one of the largest grounds for athletics, volleyball, basketball and what not. Better have a two wheeler if you want to complete it in a day, since there's acres of land to walk through. There's a lot of opportunities in there, and I am pretty sure the students will get the benefits without fail. All the doctors will have dreamt of studying or working there at least once in their lifetime.

While the doctors at Mybopeion are good and professional, the rest of the staff are extremely disappointing. I haven’t encountered even one helpful or courteous staff member, especially in the CT department. The service is very poor and disorganized. Calls are not answered, and appointments are not handled properly.The man in charge of the CT department is particularly rude and arrogant. His attitude is unacceptable and creates a very unpleasant experience for patients. I strongly suggest the management consider replacing him with someone more respectful and professional.

Despite being one of the best medical colleges/medical institutes in kerala or even in india, this place is crying for help. The infrastructure and hygiene need immediate attention starting from regular fumigation. The security guards will treat you like criminals when you try to go inside. I came to this hospital for the first time.Main gate security persons need good communication skills with other people; they don't have any mannered way to speak. When I need to go exit from entry with my sister, they are yelling at us without considering our situation. I don't know the security staff names; I think one is Mr. Baiju. We have the written permission from the doctor to stay with my father. But they are not willing to allow us to go inside. We know that medical hospitals are free of care and have few facilities to visit the patient. But we are not visitors; we are bystanders for the patient, who was my father. Once we are entering the ward, one by one, security members come and discuss together to get rid of us. Due to their behavior and bad communication, we are planning to go from this hospital. It's a request; please give proper instructions and good communication...

Recently, I underwent an open appendectomy here, it was very affordable. During my stay, I had the privilege of meeting a young and talented doctor, Mr. Omair, who works in the surgery department. He is not only extremely hardworking but also genuinely compassionate toward his patients. His positive attitude, humility, and willingness to listen to patients’ concerns truly set him apart. In my life, I have never met a doctor as dedicated and approachable as him. His care and kindness left a lasting impression on me.
