Good college to study. Fee structure is fine, one can easily afford to study as compared to big private institutions. From outside area is not so clean even one can face traffic jam sometimes but in the college buildings are spacious as well as hygienic. Staff is good, crowd is more of rural areas.

Building infrastructure goodLack of hygienic toilet seat. Add indian toilet that are more hygienic as compares to other type of toilet seat..... Add mirror in washroom and handwash..Add fruit and Indian food in canteenPlease make sure proper sitting arrangements.Otherwise all was fine.

IB (PG) College is a premier co-educational institution in Haryana. It was founded in 1956 in the memory of the well wisher of Leiah Biradari Late Sh. Inder Bhan Dhingra. Keeping in view the requirement of education for women, Late Seth Brij Lal Dhingra with the help of his energetic friends Late Sh. Shanu Lal Narang & Late Sh. Sukh Dayal Sachdeva, founded this college for women only. In 1966, the college started working as a co-educational institute. The college progressed by leaps and bounds under the leadership of Late Dr. Somnath Dhingra and Late Sh. Ram Kishan Gandhir who worked in the capacity of erstwhile President & Vice President respectively.The college has steadily built up over the past six decades, maintaining high traditions of scholastic excellence along with the culture of discipline and social service. The overall goal is to prepare the students to play roles in the society with responsibility and commitment.Located in the historical city of Panipat, I.B. (PG) College is one of the prestigious institutions of higher education in the city. It was established in the year 1956. Since inception, it has witnessed remarkable progress on many fronts. At present, it has a student strength of more than 3000, with 126 teaching staff and more than 90 non-teaching staff members. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and is recognised by UGC. It has congenial atmosphere to enable students to realise their full potential. Various courses, both at UG and PG level are offered, mainly in the streams of Arts, Science and Commerce. Our emphasis is on all round development of our students. We assist them to grow individually, socially and mentally by organising co-curricular activities on regular basis. Highly qualified and dynamic faculty members have a passion for teaching and they not only fulfill the academic needs of students, but also sensitize them towards social issues so that they may add to the betterment of society. Every year, our students bring laurels to the college by clinching University positions. The college has the honour to own a sprawling campus with well-ventilated classrooms, fully-equipped science labs, computer labs and spacious AC seminar hall. In the pursuit for excellence, the college is constantly upgrading its infrastructure and in the same direction, construction of a new and modern science block is in full swing. To fulfill the safety needs, the campus is CCTV enabled. Apart from departmental libraries in different departments, there is a spacious and well stocked central library with comfortable seating arrangement and rich collection of books, magazines and periodicals. The library is fully automated and Web-OPAC facility is also available. The college is proud of notable alumni, who have distinguished themselves in different fields of academics, corporate and administration. We leave no stone unturned to assure that every student becomes capable of playing a vital role in building sound base of a progressive society.
