I am in BTech 1st year. And till now my experience is awesome. This college has a calm campus surrounding by nature . It has a rich history also .

Lush green city side NIT engineering college....One of the best in BENGAL as well as in india,Great alumni network,A legacy of 150+years, India's 2nd oldest engineering college after IIT Roorkee.Professor have huge networks in foreign.... best for research student as well as for placement...Academics is a little bit hectic, you will find people from every part of our country,....The most important thing is having a city like kolkata around it..... city life is definitely better than any other engineering institute....Will update if required 😁

The college is also located near Shalimar station. The distance of the college from 2nd Hoogly Bridge is 15 minutes only by bus. This college has huge campus. The placement of the college is also good. The selection criteria of this college is through JEE Mains.

Amazing campus of this institution. There is more than one entry gate. It is a very old college. It was called the BESU. The building was quite old. It is full of green gardens. This institution is just beside Shibpur Botanical Ganrden and Shalimar railway station.

This is my college, and having great greenary inside the campus, almost 130 acres of land, recently added into nit category and it is the 2nd oldest college of india.., residing in howrah near to kolkata and botanical Garden also....
