The treatment of bones is very good here and this is a very good hospital for spine treatment, it is a little expensive but the treatment is good. This hospital is quite big. You will find the most experienced doctors here. This hospital is very peaceful. The service here is very good. The staff here is very supportive. There is a lot of cleanliness in this hospital. Everything is easy here for those who get treatment from general. They consult the doctor without much waiting and leave quickly but those who get treatment from BPL take some time. A little patience is needed to get treatment from BPL because they are not seen quickly like general patients.

Worst place ever! Had an appointment with dr.ak sahani. Waited for 3hrs a post stroke patient. No special case treatment. Nothing. People come and go, or infact some patients who do not need a wheel chair comes in it to get the priority consultation! Had a very frustrating visit. Also I'm sure this isn't any place bigger than AIIMS. But the waiting period is way too longer!!!DISGUSTING.

I wanted to meet the Medical Superintendent today i.e. 16.5.25 regarding giving a feedback which mattered/es to me. I was made to wait for half an hour from 1100 hrs to 1130 hrs with excuse that a meeting was going on. Wasn't allowed to meet even after waiting for half an hour. My precious time was wasted. Not happy with the kind of treatment which was extended to me.

Most horrible experience at the emergency of this hospital …Breaks my heart as a senior consultant doctor to write this review. Right from the person at the main gate to emergency staff to the CMO on duty - Dr Nilesh to be particular .. totally callous unempathetic people !!!They are more interested in following protocols of getting registration done, making cards, getting billing done n then only will they see a patient. No consideration even if they see a patient walking alone, limping in pain and telling them that ama senior doctor myself, whose closest family works in the hospital as a senior physician for good 25 years. There are protocols which one needs to follow definitely but what is more important first ? Is it to see a patient firstor to ask the limping doctor patient walking in alone, to go get the card etc made and then only will the doctor on call come. Had to get a call made to the Consultant who had to then call up the ER to ask his junior to come n see. Waited for good 15 mins .. till then no treatment offered by the doctor on duty/ apparently the CMO - Dr Nilesh.Junior Doctor does not turn up for quite some time, might be busy with other indoor patients…Strapped my toe myself and came back.Raised a voice, admin staff walk in to help but too late.As a doctor, felt really sad and disappointed to even imagine what general patients go through. Only when you are at the other end you realise how our systems in the hospitals and how our fraternity has become - callous, unempathetic !!Dr Nilesh sorry to say but as a very senior colleague from your fraternity, I can tell, you have a long way to become a good compassionate doctor ! This was not my only encounter with Dr Nilesh, infact was the second one ..that’s when I decided to write .Hope Dr Nilesh can read and make efforts to become a good doctor. I hope and pray for your bright future.God bless
