This hospital is worst I never seen ... There is no water facilities to drink and some of staff are careless and admission process was very slowly... This is my worst experience 😞

Well-maintained environment with spacious parking, access to emergency care, ATM, breakfast, and coffee spots. I've noticed a board mentioning that they even provide free meals during certain hours of the day (not sure). Great access to local transport and nearby restaurants.

We went to emergency section at night, and the duty doctor Dr. Sneha Upadhyay was very rude to us. When we were asking about some clarifications, she was not at all ready to listen to us. Doctors must have more patience and kindness, which is really lacking nowadays. Sorry to face shortage of genuine doctors in a city like Bengaluru.

In general ward, the rooms are filled Bed bug, can't sleep at night. If you're getting admitted bring your own sheets. If concerned authorities would take action it'll be Good.

Among the top medical facilities managed by the government of Karnataka, it offers a wide range of medical services. The personnel takes good care of the patients and treats them with kindness. Treatment from various health insurance plans and socially disadvantaged individuals can be obtained through government programmes that are managed and staffed by personnel. There are, however, a few extremely poor employees; administration needs to address this; there is no coordination or assistance unless you follow suggestions or have power.

Dear Higher Authority,Namaskara !!I’m trying to bring your attention on my current experience in your organisation, I’m really regret to inform you that you can’t treat well for out state patient. We came from West Bengal to your organisation to consult with the cardiologist and first day experience was really good and appreciated thanks to Dr. Devansh for his assistance. My bad experience was started when i went to CT devision as Dr. Advised us to do CT engiogram when we go there on 9th May the sister told us to come on 19th as appointments are full during this period however I humble requested them to bring the date little front as we came from very far and she strictly denied us that she can’t do, and after that we agreed on her words and took an appointment on 19th.When we came to CT dept for doing engiogram the male nurse told me that patient BP is high where it supposed to be 60-70range else it won’t be possible after that he had given one medicine and told us to wait for 1hour and we did the same n when we again go there they check the BP it didn’t decrease and in that case they told us to come two days later after taking that medicine. We went again after two days and while checking her BP it is normal but nurse told us that the patient heart rate is high it’s 90 and they can’t do the engiogram process and told us to to OPD doctor and we went to that doctor in general OPD and doctor told me that he can’t help go to opp of OPD section side to check with doctor and we did same we went there and there we were informed that they can’t help as the date is not matched on my file which was provided while we have done the registration and i went again to opd doctor n doctor said sorry u go to first floor and after that we had waited 1hour there for doctor consultation doctor came n given one medicine and told us to wait another one hour we did same thing but still it didn’t work and we were rejected.I really felt so bad and untreated there. We had come from 2000km far away to check up my mom there but they harass us a lot n we had to left the organisation without treatment.I would request you to please trained your staff as they misguided us, i know that local language is most priority but your staff should speak the national language or English as well as they are not able to speak any language except the local language when we are coming from different state and it’s very difficult to understand your local language within few days.I hope you will look into this matter.Thank you.

Worst hospital in Bangalore! The staff at Jayadeva Hospital are completely negligent and abusive. When my brother and I were taking care of our dad in the emergency room, they refused to provide blankets when asked and showed zero interest in attending to the patient. When we called for assistance, they misbehaved, used foul language, and even attempted to hit us. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any hospital. Avoid this place at all costs!
