Terrible facilityAnd doctors here are the worst they go for lunch on time but never be back on time it's been 2.40 and no once yet showed up.Just for a signature to admit my mom I've been here since morning 12:00pmAnd I haven't yet to the signature there're just chasing everyone from one place to another because the people are very busy chit chatting. No facility for a patient who's in a serious conditionBut there portray as if they are the best. What use is a medical degree if u don't give the proper time and care to a patient.@kidwai please somebody take action.. there are lots of patients suffering here but, here the employes are just there to yell at the patientsThe photo below is taken by 2:40 pmDoctors who have gone for lunch at 1 hasn't returned yet

“Kidwai offers all the facilities of a high-end private hospital, including experienced doctors and staff. It provides state-of-the-art facilities and affordable healthcare for everyone. If you have a BPL card, your bill will be zero. However, visitors should act responsibly. There are shoe racks available, but many people don’t use them, and the toilets are not kept clean. The general ward is good, but there are bed bugs. While the facilities are excellent, people need to be more responsible in maintaining cleanliness.”

This hospital is supposed to provide care, but the staff here treat patients with zero respect. They are rude, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, they act like patients are a burden. The hygiene is horrible, especially in the chemotherapy ward. Because of their filthy conditions, my mother developed a skin infection, adding to her already difficult battle with cancer. Hospitals are meant to heal, not make patients sicker! If you’re coming here, be prepared to fight for basic care because the staff don’t care. They won’t explain anything properly, they give misleading information, and they treat people like they’re dogs. Patients deserve better than this negligence.

The vision, mission, and values statement mentions quality of life with evidence-based care, but where is the hospital care? People who have been treated in a hospital may have a better understanding than readers, and organisations will never be aware of what is happening there. Every patient is unique, and it's critical to keep in mind that people are not animals. Please take down the board since, as everyone can see, it is merely a research centre.

This the worst hospital I have seenSeriously the worst staff so rude no proper maintenance. I have seen people getting operated 2 times as 1st time they did not do properly. please I request to not go to this place as I have lost my grandmother I know the way of treatment and ignorance by staff over there. Very slow treatment no care about patients. They let the people die even in critical situation.

Doctor's very good but some employees and administrative are treated badly for patients. There is no token disply system and mic announcement. only internal adjustment, money adjustment. Recommend adjustment only. New building but old technology. There is no toilet.

Be ready to run around at least 5 to 10 hrs if you want to show any patient to opd.CT scan department is worst, opd is worst. No one knows what you need to do next, just keep running around until you figure out yourself. CT scan when one of the patient relative asked, response was it was not taking electricity so we have asked for petrol. Now it will work. Exact 4.05 pm response is. It's already 4 pm so we won't be able to give date for ct scan.Totally unorganized management. Worst hospital seen till date.Everything is at least 1km away from each other. Only best department in whole building is security. They are helpful on guiding. If I was running this hospital, 75% of executives would have been fired.Incompetent management .
