If your are preparing for any other exams like UPSC, KPSC etc better to choose other college because teachers of kle arts college will not support you especially English department and principal of degree collegeAnd , their is no functions for students enjoyment and lot of disturbance from outside vehicles ,no proper place to sit while leaseur period

It's the arts and sciences collage from puc to degree level they have BA and BSc and is agreegated by NAAC A+ and they have good lecture with good labs for chemistry and physics and some what maths department is not good there . Over all its goodHave better infrastructure and library with Gymkhana.

Arts College was started in the year 1952 with the munificent donation from His Holiness Shriman Maharaja Niranjan Jagadguru Shri Gurusiddha Rajayogendra Mahaswamiji of Moorsaviramath, Hubballi. The Science wing, H. S. Kotambri Science Institute, made a beginning in the year 1966 with the generous donation from Dr.Tammappannna Kousali. The college with a sprawling area of 6 acres and 12 guntas, situated in the heart of the city is imparting Arts and Science education to the needy students especially from the rural sectors. Further with a view to provide Post Graduation education, the college has started P.G. Course, M.Sc. in Mathematics in the year 2009-10. The qualified and experienced faculty is actively involved in teaching & research activities.
