Got a chance to visit The Mangalore University at Konaje , it's a huge campus with a few blocks here & there. It's very well maintained. But there's a lot to walk . A LOT. And there aren't any shops / restaurants nearby . You've got very limited options which is restricted to 2/3 shops/ fast food hotels. ( Not a restaurant - tiny hotel )Overall it's a beautiful placeFor people visiting here for the first time it can be very difficult to figure things out .Bus No. 51 is the right bus to go to this college. The Admin block is 15 minutes away from the college ( by vehicle ) walking would be double of thatThe Admin block is also well maintained.Provisional certificates , Convocation applications are done here. The Registrar is in this Admin block as well.

This university is a complete disgrace—an outright scam masquerading as an educational institution. They extort moneyfrom students with outrageously overpriced exam fees, yet their pathetic server crashes make paying nearly impossible. What’s the point of charging fees if your system can’t even function? To add insult to injury, they deliberately delay results for months, sabotaging students' futures with their staggering incompetence. And the biggest fraud of all? Charging for marks cards but never issuing them—I never received a single one until my final semester! This isn’t just negligence; it’s theft. The administration should be ashamed of running such a corrupt, dysfunctional circus of a university. Avoid this place at all costs—unless you enjoy being exploited, lied to, and treated like garbage.

This university is an absolute disappointment in every aspect. Not only do they overcharge for exam fees, but their faulty payment serversmake it nearly impossible to complete transactions on time. The delayed result publications are inexcusable, causing unnecessary stress and academic setbacks. Worst of all, despite charging extra fees for marks cards, I never received a single one until my final semester—this is nothing short of a scam. The administration shows zero accountability, and the complete lack of efficiency proves this is the worst-run university imaginable. Students deserve better than this incompetence and exploitation.---This version is more aggressive and direct. Let me know if you want it toned down or made even harsher!

Campus is very beautiful and it is very pleasant to roam around the place. The receptionist in my opinion is really friendly. He helped me in applying for convocation certificate. But people at room no 9 are hopeless. They asked me to wait. Fortunately I knew a person in other room. So they accepted it immediately. Otherwise you have to wait endlessly even though they freely sitting with their phones. I'm giving 4 stars just because of the receptionist and campus environment. Hope i don't get to visit this place on office work.

I am here for attending an ICSSR sponsored seminar on Research Methodology. It’s a well maintained beautiful place which is very calm and quite. It’s 18 km far from mangalore central railway station. Many courses are offered here. Social science courses as well as science subjects and MBA is offered here. It was great to be a part of this venture

The campus is green too , lot of plants and trees around and inside The campus . There are sign boards everywhere to help the newbies . There is a hugu auditorium too . Had been to the administration Department and the staff was very nice and helpful to us . The campus has bank , atm , canteen inside itself .
