I recently had the opportunity to visit this esteemed dental institution on official work, where I met one of the leading doctors in dentistry. From the moment I entered the premises, I was genuinely impressed by the scale and organization of the campus—it felt as large and structured as a full-fledged medical college. The institution comprises two main blocks—the older one and a newly constructed wing. Both are spacious and well-maintained. What stood out most was the impressive outpatient department (OPD) attendance, indicating the trust and reputation the institution has built among patients. The patient facilities are clearly marked and easily accessible, which greatly enhances the overall experience, especially for first-time visitors.Another highlight was the presence of ample staff members stationed at various points to guide patients and visitors. This added a level of professionalism and warmth to the visit. Each department is highly equipped with modern dental technology and infrastructure, reflecting the college's commitment to providing top-notch care and education. The multi-storeyed buildings are intelligently organized, with different departments spread across floors. Importantly, the institution has ensured the convenience of both patients and medical professionals by providing lifts in each block—an essential feature in such a large setup.Overall, my visit was a truly positive experience. The institution stands as a benchmark for dental education and clinical service delivery. It is heartening to see such facilities thriving and setting high standards in dental healthcare and education.

This is a very poor hospital — they only waste your time. I'm saying this because my mother has been going to this hospital for the past year. A year ago, my mother was advised to get a dental filling, but they gave her an appointment three months later. By the time she went back after three months, the tooth had completely deteriorated, and the doctor told her it needed to be extracted. After that, they unnecessarily forced my mother into a gum surgery that wasn’t really required ( Doctor name Charu )— what was more important was getting the cavity filled. Then last week, I went for a dental filling myself, and they gave me an appointment for June 28. I told them that by then the tooth would be completely damaged, but they still did whatever they wanted and didn’t listen. The reception staff and security guards are extremely rude and talk as if we’re animals. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this hospital. Based on what I’ve seen over the past year, I believe they delay treatment on purpose so that the tooth gets worse and needs to be extracted — and then they can charge money for implants or dentures. Now, for the tooth they extracted from my mother, they’ve given an 8-month waiting period just to get a replacement, and are charging ₹5,000 for it. No one should waste their time at this hospital. I believe the hospital’s management has created this culture — maybe the doctors practicing there are not to blame, and it’s the higher management that has instructed them to do so.Please don’t go to this hospital just because it's free.

This is most equipped dental hospital of Delhi capital.. located in heart of Delhi near Delhi gate. It has nearly specialization in all dental branches for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Campus is neat and clean. All the departments have latest equipments. This dental hospital hold enormous inflood of patients daily often delays the treatment making long appointments is often hefty. Rest is ok. Charges are low to patients.

The most crowded hospital I've ever seen. A limited number of doctors are available, and the number of patients is uncountable. The behavior of some doctors, especially female doctors were very rude. However, male doctors were cooperative and not rude at all. I think this is common human nature because of work pressure. 😅Just make sure you have 5-6 hours for every visit. I used to go there around 9-10 AM and could be free by 2 PM.
