National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.Niper HAJIPUR is one of the best pharmaceutical institute in this region. The labs are well equipped with all the instruments and chemicals. The animal house is available. The hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls.

The institute has large campuses. Library with automation system as well as broadband and ISDN internet connectivity for several nodes to all the laboratories and departments. The NIPER, Hajipur has the Well-furnished Classroom facility and also well-designed laboratories with the necessary infrastructures and high-end instrumentation facility available. Free Wi-Fi is provided for students' comfort everywhere in the building. There are two separate hostels facility which provides good hostel accommodation one for girls and one for boys. The quality of the food served is much better than any place in hygienic conditions. Beside this Seminar hall and auditorium are equipped with modern gadgets for conducting seminars and conferences are available for use for the NIPER programmes. The NIPER, Hajipur has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.Academics:NIPER -Haripur offers Post-Graduate and Ph.D. courses in the domains of Biotechnology, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmacology & Toxicology. NIPER -Hajipur is like to introduce new department – Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Analysis in the next academic year. Faculties are highly qualified, experience and expertise in their relevant field and their teaching quality is indeed very high. They are available for 24x7 and students can always look at them in any doubt. I could see regular faculty were available in the institute and they are the driving force for the academic institute.CollaborationNIPER -Haripur has been collaborated with institute of national importance, university, industry and best hospitals.PlacementsWell trained , skilled students in Biotechnology Pharmacy practice around 70% scholars are placed in Industry / Hospitals/ Research & Development and higher studies in institute of national importance such as IIT , IISER , CSIR etc.

NIPER-Hajipur was one of the best institutes in the city. The institute has excellent Faculties with Skilled Technical staff. The institute offers various post-graduate and doctoral programmes in Biotechnology, Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacology and toxicology. Institute is also starting new research programmes in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical analysis specializations.Institute is equipped with various instrument facilities like HPLC, IR, FACS, Ultra-centrifuge, UV Visible spectrophotometer, Ostwald viscometer, Automated Titrator, Osmometer etc.Recently the institute has a purchased Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer which makes it first institute in Bihar to have such kind of high-end LCMS instrument facility.library with fully furnished reading room. Many other facilities like spacious classroom, common room, playground, computer room, conference room etc. It was one of the good and best institute in the whole city.

I am very happy to says that the facilities at NIPER Hajipur is improving from previous 7-8 months. Now NIPER Hajipur has its regular highly skilled teaching and non teaching faculties. Students of NIPER Hajipur are getting all the basic facilities related to their Academic activities as well as hostel facilities. All the academic activities related to research are now going in proper way. Hope NIPER Hajipur will known as top most institutions of India in future.
