Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, widely recognized for its academic excellence, was established in 1964 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. This public state university, named after the first Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, has grown to become Chhattisgarh's largest and oldest institution of higher education. Situated on a sprawling 300.17-acre campus in Raipur, the university offers diverse programs spanning Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Law, and Education through its 29 teaching departments.
