Very old and excellent University with lots of heritage and reputation. Established by British Government.Famous for its so-called Alumni association. Two Nobel laureates are also ex student of this great institution. It also gave many great leaders and freedom fighters of india. Recently it celebrated its 200 th Establishment Day. Proud to be a part of this institute. Its actually my second home. There is a big play ground in the middle of this university. It is so called presi-green🌳🌳. The education quality is of great. Students have to clear an admission test to be admitted. Students can enjoy every single moments of their life after entering in this institution. The prangan and union room are great 🔥. Different science and arts subjects are available here. The professors are also very helpful. Its corridor and the buildings are the best within any govt college in westbengal.🔥♥️♥️♥️.

It was the greatest time in my lifeThe nice college days.The sweetestThe hang out with the friends.The active participation in Politics(i use to be an SFI activist) though it has decreased a little bit in its academics as they say I don't agree.It is the best university and open campus in the state for sure.People are nice environment is calm and you will spend 3 or 5 best years of your life here if you come here to study for sure
