I will not say that the college is very good. It is my exam centre and they make us sit under tin shed in hot afternoon. Very poor it was and also the space was not cleaned. I don’t like this at all. At least for exam they should provide proper rooms to students so that they can focus completely on exam. Kindly improve

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services and behavior I encountered during my recent experience at the college premises, specifically with the building facilities, staff, and the bus pass department.Firstly, the building facilities are in a deplorable condition. The cleanliness and maintenance are far below acceptable standards. The classrooms and hallways are not properly maintained. This creates an uncomfortable learning environment that hinders both students and faculty.Secondly, I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with the staff members. Instead of receiving the help and assistance I needed, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. It was evident that the staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. I was made to feel that my concerns were unimportant, and my questions were brushed aside without proper answers. Such behavior is not only frustrating but also demotivating for students who are trying to resolve issues.Lastly, I had a very negative experience with the bus pass department. The process to obtain a bus pass was inefficient, disorganized, and unnecessarily time-consuming. The staff members seemed completely uninterested in helping, and I was forced to wait for long periods with no clear guidance. Despite multiple visits, my issue was not resolved, and the staff continued to show no urgency or willingness to assist me.This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I believe it reflects poorly on the college's overall standards. I urge you to take immediate steps to improve the conditions of the college premises, the professionalism of the staff, and the efficiency of the bus pass department.I hope this feedback will lead to necessary actions to ensure a better experience for future students.If there is an option for no star ⭐ I will mark it for this college administration.
